Lineup Announced for Taste of Hoboken

More than 25 Local Restaurants Serving Signature Dishes

Giannone Wine & Liquor Co Sponsoring a Variety of Wine, Beer and Liquor Brand Tastings

Fundraiser for Hoboken Community Center Will Also Feature a Silent Auction and Band at June 7th Event

May 23, 2022 (HOBOKEN, NJ) – The Hoboken Community Center (HCC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides essential services and spaces to support the well-being of the Hoboken, NJ community, announced the lineup for its annual fundraiser Taste of Hoboken taking place at Maxwell Place Park on June 7 from 6-9p.m. 

More than 25 local restaurants will provide guests with samples of their signature dishes, including The Ainsworth, Alessio’s, Annie & Em’s Bakeshop, Anthony David’s, Baking Mama, Barbès, Bin 14, Blue Eyes, bwè kafe, East Iceland Coffee Co., Fat Taco, Fruiti Fi, Halifax, Hudson Table, Il Tavolo di Palmisano, Karma Kafe, Leo’s Grandevous, The Madison Bar & Grill, Olivia’s, Pilsener Haus & Biergarten, Plaka Souvlaki, Saku, Sangría Hoboken, Seven Valleys, Tony Boloney’s, Touch the Heart, and more to be announced. 

Sponsors for the event include Jersey City Medical Center, Academy Bus, Hoboken Business Alliance, BCB Bank, Bijou Properties, Cresthill Academy, Hashtag Legal, Foot and Ankle Premier Specialists and UBS. Giannone Wine & Liquor Co will provide more than 10 wine, beer and liquor brand tastings.

A silent auction will be held simultaneously on-site and online through GalaBid. Local experiences and gift certificates to Hoboken businesses will be available. Those not in attendance are still able to bid virtually by visiting galabid.com/tasteofhoboken. There will also be an on-site wine pull.

New Jersey-based band The Benjamins will perform.

Taste of Hoboken has been held for more than twenty years in support of the HCC’s programs, such as the Pantry which supports nearly 1,700 residents and families. This event will help to feed, house and provide support to those in need in our community. Tickets are on sale now at hobokencc.org/taste-of-hoboken. The event is 21 and over.

The Hoboken Community Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides essential services and spaces to support the well-being of the Hoboken, NJ community. It has a three-pronged mission consisting of affordable housing for 96 low-income men, a 40,000+ square foot community and recreation center under rehabilitation at 1301 Washington Street, and a food, hygiene and pet supply pantry.
